They are part of the permanent INSTAR team. They coordinate the different areas of work, propose and decide horizontally together with the director on the institute's action plan.
INSTAR was conceived alongside the collaborators of the #YoTambiénExijo project. Our work strategy is inspired by “desire, think, and act.” We strive to be a place where ideas become civic actions, structuring the need to think and intellectually prepare before acting.
We intend to build a space where no idea is sufficient if it is not put into practice, where pedagogical intent aimed at civic life prevails, and where a horizontal community and new ways of existing in public spaces are nurtured. INSTAR is an institution of the future in the present, an incubator where what does not yet exist is put to the test and experimented with, considering what kind of country we Cubans want to inhabit.
