She is currently a content programmer for the Media and Technology Laboratory of El Rule in the Mexico City Ministry of Culture. She is co-coordinator of the Diploma in Audiovisual Production with a Gender Perspective and has taught at the Autonomous University in Mexico City, at the Ibero-American University in Mexico City, and at the University of Havana. She is a member of the Mujeres Lab collective of women filmmakers. She has worked as an editor and editorial manager for publications on art, film and literature. She has published articles, essays and reviews in various media, magazines, and books. She has participated in international colloquiums, round tables, and academic meetings. She received the Dr. Guy Pérez Cisneros Critics Award, granted by the Cuban Ministry of Culture.
