Arsenio Rodríguez
(Havana, Cuba, 1964)
Arsenio Rodríguez has lived in Europe since 1999, in Paris, Seville and Barcelona in that order. In twenty years he has published eleven books on literature and history and he has won literary prizes in Cuba. He participated in the Diccionario de rock latino (SGAE) in 2000. He has written about music in the magazine Encuentro de la Cultura Cubana (2000–2007). His blog has over 1.2M views. He regularly gives talks and conferences in Catalonia. He directs the Editorial Muntaner independent publishing house since 2008, where in addition to publishing his books, he provides editorial services to institutions and creators.
