Bio:

David Gómez Gamboa is a lawyer, graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Zulia (Venezuela, 2000) and graduated in Social Communication (Mention Social Development) Cum Laude from the Cecilio Acosta Catholic University (Venezuela, 2008). He has a Doctor in Political Science from the University of Zulia (2008). He completed the Specialization in Human Rights at the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain, 2001) and the Specialization in New Technologies and Telecommunications Law at the San Pablo CEU University Foundation in Madrid (2001). He has distinguished himself as a university professor at the University of Zulia and Rafael Urdaneta University (Venezuela), in the subjects of Constitutional Law, Human Rights and Public International Law.
